Happy Wednesday, everyone! We're linking up here for the rest of Pantone week! I'm so glad to have you :)
I think Dazzling Blue is such an appropriate shade for today. It's bright, happy, and cool. Just seems right for a mid-week pick-me-up. It's a lot of fun to pair bright colors with another unexpected shade, like this poppy red (which I've worn for both Pantone challenges in the past! I fudged it for both Poppy Red AND Koi so they had to make another appearance this time :P). Because these colors are so "loud," I kept the rest of the outfit simple and classic with a crisp white tee and a comfy jean jacket.
Fun fact: These pictures were taken while it was snowing outside and I promptly changed afterward, saving this outfit for a not-so-rainy-day! Yes, being a "fashion blogger" is so awkward that it sometimes means photographing and changing outfits multiple times a day. #forthesakeoftheblog. Alas, I have hope that this will indeed be the last of that white powdery stuff . . .
Can I ask everyone a favor? Can I ask for your prayers and good vibes and positive thoughts? I've got some job applications out for jobs I really really feel that I would be a fantastic fit for. I realize that I've done everything in my power and it's all up to God's plan now, but it would mean so much to me to have a little extra luck! Patience can be SO hard. Thank you so much <3
Anyway, Heidi and I have been loving your looks this week so far! Keep them coming! Up tomorrow is hemlock, a lovely mint green.
