Thanks for stopping by Pantone week! We're linking up over on Heidi's blog, Literate & Stylish, today again and then back here Wednesday through Friday. Be sure to check out yesterday's challenge, Radiant Orchid!
Today's color is Paloma, a light, calming gray shade. I realized I didn't own much of this shade in my wardrobe, at least in terms of "spring clothing," so I made this striped tunic blouse work. I wear this top very frequently because it can be thrown on or layered so easily and its little details make it more interesting than a plain tee.
I think gray is one of my favorite neutrals because it's fresh, light, and not as predictable or common as black or brown. It's a great neutral for spring in particular, as it would be perfect paired with brights like coral, mint green, or teal.
I promise not all of my outfits will be this boring this week! I kept it simple because sometimes simplicity is best, but I'll try to throw in some more interesting looks in the next three days! :) Heidi and I are having such a great time checking out your looks, so keep them coming!
Tomorrow we're brightening things up with Dazzling Blue! Show us your best looks:
