Blazer: LOFT Tee: Old Navy (on sale for $6!) Jeans: LOFT Boots: JC Penney Earrings: NY & Co.

I'm a major fan of blazers. They can turn any outfit into a refined, classy ensemble. I've even dressed up basic graphic tees with a blazer for a structured look. I think we can all agree, however, that sometimes blazers can make you feel confined, especially in the shoulders and arms and if you are layering multiple pieces. But I've struck GOLD.

I had my eye on this knit open blazer for about a week before I allowed myself to buy it (okay, maybe I needed to wait until January was over so I wouldn't feel so bad about my budget . . .) and I'm so very glad I did. It is seriously the most comfortable blazer I have ever worn. I've only owned this for about a week and I've already worn it three times. It feels like I'm wearing a sweatshirt, but its color and lining make it more elevated and interesting.

I was able to use my associate discount to purchase this blazer, but keep your eye out for LOFT's deals to snag this at a great price. LOFT has a sale going on almost every day of the week.

How would you style this blazer? What are your thoughts on ponte knit and no-button jackets?
