Apparently we've sashayed our way out of winter and back into . . . fall? That's what these pictures sure look like anyway. I'm not complaining! The rest of winter can be mild like this, thank you very much. Meanwhile, Pennsylvania winter just can't make up its mind . . .
I love this outfit. I just felt really good and put-together in it. I received both the chambray and skirt as Christmas presents and immediately fell in love with their versatility. Justin and Kate got the hint that I was on the market for a darker chambray so I was thrilled to receive this lovely J. Crew Factory number. I plan on doing a post down the road displaying a variety of ways to wear it, as I have never owned a chambray shirt like this one before. Additionally, I'm dubbing this skirt as an all-season skirt. It's the perfect pattern and fabric to be worn year-round and I can't wait to style it in a million ways.
Oh hey, did you notice? I dyed my hair again! This time for real. I tried a semi-permanent right before Thanksgiving and really loved it (Clairol Natural Instincts in Medium Warm Brown #20B), but it basically washed out after almost a month. I noticed that my hair was looking pretty brassy from grown-out highlights, especially in my last outfit post, so I was ready for a change. I settled on L'Oreal Feria in French Roast Deep Bronzed Brown #45. And I love it! It's darker than I expect, but I think it's rich and lovely. I also think it'll gradually wash out to a pretty, highlighted shade.
What's new with all of you? Have you decorated your desktops for January yet?
