Incorporating Tights and Leggings into a Winter Wardrobe with No nonsense
This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of No nonsense. All opinions are 100% mine. No nonsense tights and leggings can be found at food and drug stores as well as mass retail stores.
Now that we are nearing the heart of winter, it is really important to dress warmly. I often find myself ignoring the skirts and dresses in my closet and opting for pants and sweaters, but I am missing out on some really great pieces that way. Therefore, I turn to leggings and tights; incorporating these into my winter wardrobe has helped me wear some of my very favorite winter outfits without sacrificing comfort.
Have you ever noticed how leggings or tights can pull an entire outfit together? Without them, a dress may seem too short, or a sweater too stuffy.
Recently, I was so lucky to receive a pair of tights and leggings from No nonsense to create two outfits with! Both were black--the perfect staple for my wardrobe--and could be used in a variety of ways. What I loved most was that they were both extremely comfortable, and the tights had a subtle pattern to them to add an element of dimension.
For my tights outfit, I chose to pair them with a holiday cocktail dress. This is the perfect Christmas dress, but the tights really make it wintery and comfortable.
Normally, tights can be super uncomfortable, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort of these tights. Now they are my go-to pair.
I don't quite have the figure to pull off leggings as pants in public (and really--is anyone?), so my leggings are only used under long sweaters or dresses. It's nice not to feel self-conscious in a dress! What I really liked about the No nonsense leggings were that they were long. All of the leggings I've ever owned were short and almost rose above my boots. These were long and comfortable.
I chose to pair these leggings with a striped dress, a scarf, and some brown boots. I love this outfit! It's the perfect teaching outfit that can easily transition into off-duty.
I am so grateful to have had this opportunity to try the No nonsense brand and I will definitely purchase from them in the future! I can't wait to check out other patterns and colors.
